I've dedicated my career as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, now Certified Professional Coach, to leading my clients down the most direct path to freedom. I focus on proactive, results-driven strategies to help you live your vision.

My approach blends timeless wisdom with cutting-edge methods. I’ve studied psychology, philosophy, quantum physics and spirituality; alongside modern brain-based change technologies.

I have practiced various martial arts and hold a third degree blackbelt in a Japanese Samurai art called Aikido, also known as The Way of Peace. I have had the good fortune to train with some of the best teachers in the world.

I have a deep passion for cars, racing and own four sportscars. I help drivers hone their skills and gain time on the track through Brainspotting.

The rest of the time you'll find me rucking with my dogs, trail running with my pals, playing ultimate with my team, or hanging out with my amazing wife in our small castle in Tam Valley, California.

A Certified Professional Coach since 2001, I've a B.A. in Counseling Psychology, Webster University, '92; an M.A. in Integral Counseling Psychology, CIIS, '95, and was a CA LMFT '98-2021.

At 19, I was lost and alone, raised in a family that offered no roadmap for meaning or purpose. I finally hit rock bottom and decided to rebuild my life; to create freedom, success, and a great marriage.

That was the start of my journey to master my thoughts, emotions, and destiny—and now I help young men like you make your journey clear, direct and empowering.

I’ve walked many paths: chef, photographer, interior designer, antique dealer and martial artist. I realized my true calling wasn’t creating art, but crafting my life as a masterpiece and helping others do the same.

I've been steeped in men's work for over 40 years, facilitated individual and group initiations, and led two kick-ass men's teams for the last 27 years.
